Is drop shipping legal?

As our channels have all the paperwork and export/import permits, we are able to expedite and simplify the process of shipping for a relatively low cost. As a result of shipping products through legal channels, we have to include customs and duties (where applicable) in our pricing to you.

How fast does it take to drop ship?

It usually takes anywhere from 3 to 14 days for us to ship around the Asia Pacific region. This does not include the time required for equipment to be delivered to us from the manufacturer.

What kind of products can we drop ship?

Can we invoice an overseas entity for the equipment being procured?

In most cases, we are only able to procure equipment in Singapore for a Singaporean entity, due to cross-border selling agreements. Therefore, we can only invoice a local entity for the procurement of the hardware. We can, however, invoice an overseas entity for the freight.

Can we provide manpower for overseas deployment?

Yes, we have supported customers with overseas presence in APAC region by sending engineers to install hardware shipped from Singapore.
